Everybody we worked with was professional, helpful, informative, and did excellent work. The windows and doors are of amazing quality and look beautiful. They were great when it came to working with us to find the most convenient time for installation (my husband and I each took off a half day). I highly recommend Window World of Joliet.

Could not be happier with the sales and service we got from Window World Joliet. Our installers were amazing, Brandon & Marty were great, they covered everything inside the house so it wouldn’t get damaged or dirty. They also replaced all the white trim on the outside of the house around the window and did a great job at that. Before they left, they made sure that all garbage and waste was taken away as well. Highly recommend Window World of Joliet.

I was very happy with Window World. I replaced a window, door, and screen door. The replacements were ready when I was told and put in immediately. The guy who installed everything was great. It’s comforting to know there is a lifetime warranty on the items and installation too!

I had a bow window installed recently. The installers were very pleasant and double-checked with me to inspect the window to make sure it was what I ordered.
